Hi, my name is Kayla Reitanbaugh. To start 24 hours to a new you, you first need to take an aromatherapy bath with some aromatherapy balls that you can get from any department store that sells cosmetics or any spa items. If you can't get the things you can get a scented candle or put an essential oil in a bath tub. Next you can make a carrot face mask. First you cook carrots and then mash them. Next add 4 1/2 tablespoons of honey. Mix well then apply to face adn leave on for 20 minutes. After that you should put on body scrub and then pick out an outfit for the next day. It dosen't matter if its for school, weddings, or even prom. Next pick out the hand bag and the makeup (if you use them) If you want you can get a notebook and pen and write about your day. Next catch some sleep. Wake up the next day and get dressed and put on ur makeup (optional). Make sure that it fits your personality. Put eyeshadow on your lower lid and then you should apply eye liner (optional)under your lower lash. Next apply face powerder to your face and neck. Them apply lipgloss or lipstick or both. After that go and to what you are going to do for the day! Thats 24 Hours to a new you!
