Which meaning does the Songs have? Still forwards to new album explain Bill and opposite Tom appear the Bravo which meanings the Songs of "room 483" have. Thanks at Linda and its "Tokio hotel 4 universe - Blog"

Dead-loved
BILL: The Song tells how it is, if one departs from someone, which one loved times. And one it not to prevent can. I had already times the fact that I was with a girl together and helplessly had to zugucken, as the relationship broke.

Do not jump
BILL: That is really a sad Song. It concerns that someone gives itself up. TOM: Some humans have suddenly feeling that them hold nothing more in the life.
BILL: There one is totally powerless as outstanding one. Which we with the Song to say want: There is no reason to give up! It continues always somehow! I did not feel in such a way fortunately ever. But we got many letters of fans, that had despaired in such a way in the last year. Some it have geschreiben that our music protected it.

Affects us totally. Holy its BILL: I wrote this song for humans, who are most important to us in the life. I thought for a long time about as I am to describe this feeling. That goes beyond love. Dan occurred to us sometime the term "holy". He says that, all the same which comes these humans for us an enormous value will always have.
GEORGE: Our families are for us such humans.
GUSTAV: Our best friends. Bill, Tom and George are also so important to me.

Where are your hands?
BILL: The idea to this Song developed on our concerts. The route last year was all all this for us. We wanted to make a Dankeschoen Song for our fans. For the next route we wanted a Song, with which we can go off correctly with them. That here is it.

Pass in the luck
TOM: "pass in the luck" tells history of a drug-dependent girl. The Kids, the hard drugs will take ever younger. In each Disco, on jder party humans take drugs, genuine badly! BILL: In the music Business it gives also many people, which take drugs, to natural wars we sowas also sometimes. But we and our team respect extremely drauf that in our periphery nobody takes drugs. We are drug-free. For us drugs would be never an alternative.

I brech from
BILL: that is a Dickkopf Song. I am an extreme thick head. I must interfere everywhere and intersperse mine will. I cannot suffer it at all, if someone says to me, what I to do have. We experience it daily that people say us: "listen, I am already 20 years in the business and you must make in such a way and in such a way!" On the other hand I resisted from the outset. I would like to be never foreigndetermined. I want to always even exactly know which I do - and for it to stand to be able. I could never sing a Song, which good I do not find. Or a crop have, which does not please me. Our producers and our disk company kennengelrnt from the outset in such a way us and to accept that.

Speeches
TOM: That is my history of Sex with a fan, about what last week already in BRAVO could read it. I wanted to tell young on the next morning actually the nothing, but they expenditure-squeezed me. That is for the others like biology instruction. Therefore is the Song for it very emotional, because they were cleared up thereby, like it runs (laughs).

To you nothing
BILL comes: If I have a friend, then I inlet myself also so correctly on her. Then she becomes acquainted with everything of me. If it apart-goes, then I can not imagine that I ever again on someone read myself in can. Because I gave everything of me. Dan always hate myself I for the fact that I fall myself in such a way left and verfluche the first day, on which we met. TOM: That sounds now perhaps amusing, but the same situation I had already times with my dog, I can simply not introduce itself to ever have another dog.

We never die from
BILL: Tom thinks totally many about the topic.
TOM: That is the only topic, with which I become emotional (grinst)
BILL: We believe that if someone goes, always somewhat from him dableibt. We cannot imagine that someone is away and is there simple nothing more. No matter, which brings the time - our music cannot take us more.

Forgotten children
BILL: Also this Song is inspired of our fans. We get many letters of humans, who have heavy fates. Are completely early on itself alone posed and a heavy life have. In homes live, in which nobody is interested. We wrote this Song, in order to make aufmeksam on these children. It is dedicated to the children, of whom none thinks.

At your side (I am there)
BILL: This Song is for all those, which were the whole last year for us there - our families and our friends. We want to return something to those. There is nothing more beautiful, as if one white that someone is there, on which one rely can. Sometimes I do not telephone with my best buddy longer. I know however that he immediately is there for me. I would be at the end of the world - he would come immediately. We want to say this humans that we are there also for. No matter, which I have straight for obligations - if one of my friends me and would say "I you would call custom" then will I everything stands now and lie to let and it help.

Gülcan [in sing-song]: Tokio Hotel are visiting us, visiting us...

Girls scream more.

Gülcan: Let the girls scream for a bit...

Girl [voice gritty from screaming so much]: TOM I LOVE YOU!!!

Gülcan: Oh, you are so cute! You really hear this all day long... I love you. Those are the three words you probably hear the most, you probably hear them more than "how are you." Let me say them, too "I love you!"

Girl: Tom, you are a porn-pig!

Gülcan: What is he? He's a porn-pig?!?

Tom: What, I'm a porn-pig? Yeaaaaaah...

Gülcan: With your fans, I'm getting all confused in my head... But I just wanted to ask... all bland... like, how are you?

Tokio Hotel [all together]: Great/Very fine.

Gülcan: That's nice. We haven't seen you for a few days now, like on VIVA. You've had a bit of a holiday, right?

Bill: Exactly. Over the holidays and new year's, we flew off for a bit, to an island, and relaxed.

Gülcan: Beautiful. Did you fly all together or were you like.. oh, eh...

Bill: We spent the holidays apart this time around.

Tom: Well, Bill and I were together.

Bill: Yes. [Girls apparently get dirty thoughts from that and go like wooooo]

Gülcan: Where were you?

Bill: On the Maldives.

Gülcan: Was it nice?

Bill: Very nice! I like that a lot, white beach and palm trees and stuff.

Gülcan: And you two, where did you go?

Georg: I was on the Maldives, too, but without those two.

Bill: He was on a different island!

Gülcan: Oh, on a different island, did you, like, wave to each other like "helloooooo, look - my coconut!"

Gustav: Yeah, no. I was in France on ski holidays.

Gülcan: Oh yes, you're the ski bunny.

Gustav: Mhm.

Gülcan: Often times. And? Did you wind down, did you relax? Are you like... let's get started again?

Tom: Yeah, look, we're still a bit tan...

Bill: Yeah, but only a little bit!
[the three of them show their arms and the girls scream]

Gülcan [to Bill]: You are actually very tan!

Tom: Oh yes, he's very tan. We were just in Cannes, and got a bit of a tan there, too... yeah, so.. we're definitely relaxed.

Gülcan: Nice... how did you celebrate Christmas? Like, seriously underneath a palm tree?

Bill: Uhm, no. For Christmas, Tom and I were still at home, like with the family and stuff, real nice. Had a nice dinner, very traditional, and then flew off right away.

Gülcan: Nice.. And new years?

Georg: I was under a palm tree...

Gülcan: [to Georg] You were under a palm tree... [to Gustav] and you were snowed in, like you're supposed to for Christmas?

Gustav: No, no, I was still at home for that. Like, in Germany. And then after new year's eve, I left.

Gülcan [to Tom and Bill]: And where did you party, we want to know? Where did you spend new year's eve?

Bill: We were on the Maldives for that, too. It was nice, there was a little band playing and stuff... it was nice, it was rather quiet.

Tom: And no fireworks, nothing!

Gülcan: No fireworks? They're not allowed to do that on the little islands, I think..?

Tom: Oh yeah they are, last year---

Bill: Yes, last year we were on the Maldives too, and there were like huge fireworks and stuff... but this year, it was all quiet, with a little band and nice dinner and... yeah, nice.

Gustav: I was in Magdeburg.

Gülcan: In Magdeburg, for new year's! And what's there to do for new year's in Magdeburg? Is there a special bar to go to?

Gustav: Yes... well, yes...

Gülcan: Like "Magdeburg in-spot" or whatever?

Gustav: Yeah... people think Madgeburg is like at the end of the world, but there are actually a few places to have a good time.

Georg: No fireworks for me, either, unfortunately. I think I was actually in bed by 1AM already. No real party.

Gülcan: Oh, alright. A "normal day" and why not... you're always very busy. You have just been traveling around to Moscow and Paris etc. and [to the camera] we actually followed them around, you'll see that at 4PM if you want to see more about that. [turns to the band] But you can tell us a bit already... what were you up to there?

Bill: We... uhm... we were... In Moscow, we played a concert in front of a lot of people and uhm, we've just been around with no end... we were just in Cannes and also performed at the NRJ awards and... yeah, lots of stuff to do.

Gülcan: Alright, well, Tokio Hotel are back now... though they've never really been gone. But you know you always get the best things here, so we'll watch the world premiere of the new video "Übers Ende der Welt" now... [girls scream] But first, we'll watch some backstage material, you know how it's always like "So this is what it's like behind the scenes!" And we'll have a look - have fun!

[Clip starts with a few images from the video shoot. The camera catches the band approaching]
Bill: Wonderful day! So we're here at the video shoot for our new single. You can see, back there are some people running back and forth and climbing up the walls to get everything ready. So I'm sure we'll have a really long day, and I'm excited to find out how it all plays out. I'd say... just look around, because we've got stuff to do. We need to get back to shooting now. So have fun and see you around!
[More images of the shoot and some music.]

Bill [off voice]: The song is called "Übers Ende der Welt" and we're telling a story... well, it's about finding new ways and following your own path. It's about how you sometimes have to get out of your everyday situation, to break out somehow. And sometimes you just start a completely new life. And that's also what the video is about.

Tom: Yes, like a futuristic city that is somehow very bland. Everybody is wearing the same suits, we will put them on later, too, and walk with them. And then there's this scene where we are singing on a platform, like, yeah, singing against all this bland everyday life stuff. And it's all upside down.

Bill: The people get out of their everyday life. We get them out by performing this song, we want to wake them up. I think there's a point in everybody's lives where they're like "Yeah, it's the same thing everyday..." it was like that before, you have to get up at 5AM and have to do this and that... and it's like, okay, I have to change something, I have to do something else, and I want to. And that's what these people are doing, they wake up and are like okay... and change something about the grey city and walls and this path that only leads straight ahead.

[more clip images]

Bill: Lately, we've mostly been in the studio. We've written a lot of songs, we've taken a lot of time off to shut ourselves in there and spend a lot of time just with this, like we did for the first album. We wanted to have time for this and feel good about it, without any pressure or stress.

Tom: We... as musician, you always want to try new stuff, so the album will probably sound a bit different, like... of course like Tokio Hotel, of course, but like I said, we tried some new things, worked on stuff, but nothing changed about the studio itself. It happened the same way as the first album.

Bill: And everyone likes it, then it's done. Well, a few things still get tweaked here and there, but it will come out soon.

[more clip images]

Bill: I have to say... every video of ours had something cold or wet...

Tom: Yeah, I think that's how it's supposed to be... video shoots are never really comfortable. Like he said, it's very cold here, and a lot of stuff is happening, it's still going to be a long shoot... and we have to concentrate.

Bill: Yeah, we definitely need some breaks and some heating, and then we can go ahead again.

[more clip images, then the scene changes, Tom enters a tiny room. Throughout this whole scene, the boys are being very sarcastic.]

Tom: Alright, we're showing you our luxurious living room... like our backstage. It's an old bus, and... yeah, lots of stuff to see. Here's the catering [camera shows a little plate with a bit of fruit] and here's our big sitting area [a small couch] and in there is where we change.

Georg [pulling out one of those grey suits, teasing]: Tom's favorite outfit!

Tom: Oh yeah, we'll wear those later on, too! They're originals from some factory...

Georg: I think some sort of mining thing...

Tom: Oh yeah... and the "funky" shoes to the outfits.

Gustav [keeping a very straight face]: I think they're very stylish, it's going to be a huge trend.

Tom: Alright, there's nothing more to show.

Georg: Unfortunately. It's nice, this trailer... but it's okay, we only live here for a short time.

Tom: Well, it's warm in here at least! At least it's warm! And more cozy than outside, so it's all good. Well, we're going to change and put on those construction worker--- no, wait... well, those grey... things. So yeah. See you later.

[clip images.]

Bill: You see, we're blending in... we put on those outfits and.. uhm... but I can't wait to get out of this again.

[clip images.]

Bill [stirring in his cup]: Left, two, three, four...

[clip images.]

Bill: I hope you... yeah, I hope you could take a few impressions of what this video shoot was like. And we'll go back and change into our clothes...

[Clip end. Zoom on Bill's shirt that says "Royal Rock," gils cheer]

Gülcan [with loud, high-pitched voice to somehow make herself heard through all the screaming and cheering]: Hello guys! We're back! With Tokio Hotel! And you could just see the backstage material of "Übers Ende der Welt"... the video is going to be shown here, too! Wait, that's boring to say, it's going to be a world premiere!!! Yes, yes, yes... So, you weren't all alone at the video shoot, right? As we could see in the backstage clip, there were lots of extras.. I think... sixty?

Tom: Yes, right, there were sixty of them.

Gülcan: What was it like to coordinate all these people... it's not that easy.

Bill: Well, I like it a lot, the more people there are... it doesn't get boring. It was extremely cold and a very long shoot and very uncomfortable, and when there are a lot of people, it's like shared pain and uh... it's always good when there are a lot of people because it never gets boring.

Gülcan: And you shot this in Berlin, right?

Tom: Exactly! On this exact street. Like a bit farther out on an old factory property and... yes, right.

Gülcan: And you had special clothes, mining worker outfits, very stylish.

Tom: Oh yeah, and we took one along... an original, all dirty and sweaty. Sweaty from me! No, bullshit, wait, the jacket is a bit big, it could be Georg's, actually, and the pants are XXL--- no, wait, it's small, it could be...

Bill: Mine, could be mine.

Gülcan: So those are originals worn by you at the shoot?

Tom: Yeah, right.

Gülcan: And you want to give this away? How nice of you! So call in at [number of the show] and tell me what the first song... or the first video was that we showed by Tokio Hotel. Look it up and you know, call in... It's like through something or whatever... you know it. Just call [the number of the show] and you can get these mining worker outfits from us and Tokio Hotel. See you in a bit.

[Girls cheering. Commercial break]

Gülcan: Well, if this isn't Bill from Tokio Hotel! And they are all guests here and the studio is going crazy! Nothing is helping apparently, no soda, nothing... maybe we should give out some valium tablets or whatever, we don't know if that would help, but we'll keep going anyway. I should ask something completely different, right? Over the course of the last few days there were terrible news for some colleagues of yours: US5 [the girls in the studio go sort of like "boo"]... hey, I haven't said anything yet... US5 became US4.

Tom: Why?

Gülcan: Didn't you hear? One of them, Richie, he is not part of the band anymore, apparently, and ooh, breakup, stress. Did you hear about that?

Tom: What uhm? Wait, that was the question? Well, not really...

Gülcan: I wanted to ask if you are... sad? Whether it's hurting your hearts or something... you didn't even hear?

Tom: If they really break up and stuff... then that's sad, of course.

Bill: Well, in general, it's a bad thing when bands break up.

Gülcan: How do you see it... when there's a band you know, that's made of four people or five people and then one of them leaves, and maybe they get a new one... Would you say, oh come on, you can still go ahead and do it, like in this case, apparently his father is keeping him at home. I don't know - chaotic story!

Bill: I think in a case of something like that, it always depends. You have to see what happens. You can't really plan ahead of time. It depends on whether everybody is fighting, or if one of them is like "Alright, I love all of you guys but I have no energy anymore, I need an break." You can't say from outside. It really depends.

Gülcan: Now that we've got this out of the way... [then there was a thing about her mic not working. I'm not translating that part.]
Alright, now about your mining worker outfits... you didn't just bring one, you brought about ten... actually, exactly ten, right? Did you wear all of those?

Bill: There are definitely the four from us, and then there are a few from extras. But all of them originals from the shoot...

Tom: And they were all very sexy.

Gülcan: Very, very chic! Alright, so how was the shoot... like, watching the video, it's a bit like... at first sight, it was a bit like Rammstein's! Gloomy and ugh and...

Bill: Well, it was definitely the most elaborate video of ours. None of the shoots were ever this long before. It was very stressful, and actually, it's always a lot less spectacular than it later looks on TV. Waiting around for hours, the cameras get shifted around all the time... but like I said, when there's a big team, then it's still a lot of fun. But yeah... very stressful, we were happy when it was all wrapped up, and now we're excited to hear what the fans think about it.

Gülcan: Did you have warm jackets or did you have to freeze in the cold?

Tom: Oh yeah, we had those awesome blue workers' jackets.

Gülcan: Oh niiiice!

Tom: And we drank a lot of tea...

Bill: And we had those fan heaters. Well... one.

Tom: Oh yeah, one fan heater in the whole factory hall that was about as big as, I don't know... like 15 football fields - one fan heater. Yeah, that was comfortable.

Gülcan [to the camera]: We'll watch the outcome in a bit, because you get the newest video as world premiere on VIVA Live! But first, we're going to see what happens when Tokio Hotel are in Moscow, because our featuring-team was there and went along with the guys and took nice images back! There we go!

[Clip starts.]

Off-voice: They are the most successful German newcomers.

Bill: We're having so much fun and it's so awesome, but nobody would ever have believed anything like that before.

Off-voice: They worked very hard for their success.

Bill: We are all very young, and we all have seen a lot of stuff already, met a lot of... idiots.

Off-voice: Now, they want to break into foreign countries.

Bill: I'm really nervous... I'm hoping everything will go alright.

Off-voice: Tokio Hotel - after growing up in Mgdeburg, Gustav, Georg, Tom and Bill are among the biggest shooting-stars ever! With their authentic lyrics, they are the voice of their generation. The four friends can easily fill up the biggest arenas with their concerts, and they won all the prizes, from Echo [= German Grammy] to the World Music Award. With VIVA Featuring, you can watch the rise Tokio Hotel in just one year and a half, and see them play their first concert in Russia.

Tom: It was unrealistic for us to even put out a record in Germany about a year ago! And breaking outside is even more unrealistic.

[End clip.]

Gülcan: Welcome back to VIVA Live! where you get to see and hear Tokio Hotel... and now I want to hear you, on the phone! [She talks about the suits again and how you can win them by calling in.]

Gülcan: We asked a few fans to tell us what they always wanted to ask you guys. And we have a selection here. So here's the first question from fans to Tokio Hotel!

Girl: I always wanted to know why you called the album "Zimmer 483"? [She says it like "Room four hundred and eighty three]

Tom: Well, first of all, it's "Zimmer 4-8-3" [like "Room four eight three] and not 483 [four hundred and eighty three]. And second... I don't know... shall we tell already?

Bill: Oh, I would say no. I wouldn't tell yet.

Gülcan: Oh yes, maybe there are 483 bonus tracks on there?!

Bill: Yeah, just keep guessing. I've heard some great guesses... like, what was that? Somebody said it was... four guys, eight eyes, three instruments? But anyway, I'd say keep guessing. We won't tell yet.

Tom: It's still such a long time until the album comes out!

Bill: Yes...

Gülcan: Alright, when is the album going to come out again?

Bill: On the... 23rd...I think?

Gülcan: Well, I guess I better ask the girls, they definitely know! And here's the second question for you!

Girl: Hi Bill. I wanted to ask if it's true that you fell in love?

Gülcan: Right??

Bill [makes a very surprised face]: No!

Gülcan: How can you not know?

Bill: Not that I know of, no.

Gülcan: Did you forget or something?

Bill: No, well, it's been forever... last time I was in love I was probably like 13 or 14, I think. Definitely longer...

Everybody: Awwww!

Bill: Yeah, that's definitely been a long time.

Gülcan: How cute! And you others? What about the rest of you? I'll ask the rest.

Georg, Tom and Gustav: Never been in love... no, not at all... not right now...

Gülcan: Never in love, never engaged, nor married... the boys are all available. And here's question number 3!

Girl: Hi Bill, if I gave you my cell phone number, would you call me?

Gülcan: What do you say?

Bill: Well, uh... I get a lot of numbers from fans...

Gülcan: Oh, you're such a brag!

Bill: Yeah, well... I don't think I could call all of them back. I couldn't do it. What we are trying to do is to read everything, but to write back and call and such... hm, I wouldn't promise, because it's just a whole lot, but definitely thank you to all of those who write! We're doing our best!

Gülcan: Well, you really have a lot to go through, you really get a lot of stuff. But have you ever called someone, like for their birthday or for a special, like on a TV show or whatever, and she's like "eek!"

Bill: Well, sometimes fans come up to us and are like "Look, I have a friend on the phone, would you say something to her?" and of course we do that. We say "Happy birthday" or whatever... so yes, that kind of thing happens.

Gülcan: Alright, so it could happen that Tokio Hotel call you! But first, you have to call in here, if you want the clothes from Tokio Hotel! [talking about the clothes again, and then she finally says the new clip is coming up. And here's where they play the new video clip in full length. Lots of cheering ensues, the camera shows the cover art and zooms out on the studio.]

Gülcan: Alright, that was the new video - girls, how did you like it?

[very shrill, loud cheering.]

Gülcan [rubbing her ear]: Okay, that was a shitty idea... so how did you like it? You've probably seen it before, but now you've seen it again, like on TV and stuff...?

Bill: Yeah, well, they've been cutting around on this, fine-tuning stuff, for a really long time...

Gülcan: Were you always present?

Bill: Yes, we're always there, to tell them how we want things and stuff... and I have to say, it was a lot of work and it's nice when it's wrapped up, it's always nice to see the video at the end. You always shoot stuff in random order and... like first the scene with the...

Tom: You can't imagine how long it takes to get the video to look this way! Like, it's...

Gülcan: How long did you take for this, now?

Tom: How long.. well, we shot like one... two... one and a half weeks ago? A week? I don't know...

Gülcan: Should I ask the girls? They always seem to know...

Girl in the audience: On the 8th!

Gülcan: On the 8th? Right... And how long did it take?

Girl: 15 hours.

Gülcan: 15 hours, that's okay.

Bill: 28, but nevermind...

Tom: But... Yeah, well, anyway... it took forever to get it done, and we're excited about how it turned out. At first, you can't imagine what it's going to be like.

Gülcan: And you just said... oh, movie quality... so it's really done high quality.

Tom: Yes, right. We shot it on 35mm film.

The others: Yeah

Gülcan: Why are you looking all like little boys... like yay!

Bill: No, well, it's the first video we shot on 35mm. For those who don't know: that's really good quality material, the same that is used for movies and such. A lot of [music] videos get shot digitally and... yeah, we were happy that everything worked out.

Gülcan: Yeah, it better work out, because if you shoot everything like ten times, you get into trouble "Boys, this is costing us money!" And something else that costs a bit of money, but it's very much worth it - is this thing here! [shows the "Übers Ende der Welt" single to the camera] This single, and there are a few special, I just looked.. there's a B-side and a C-side and... help me, please!

Bill: There's a bonus song on there, called "Hilf mir fliegen" [help me fly], and it's not going to be on the album, either. It's just for the single. It actually wasn't done in time for the album, when the album tracklist was done. But we wanted the fans to hear it, so we put it on there. And then there's backstage material of us traveling and all those things.

Gülcan: So, if you want all this, it's worth ordering this little thing home, and you can do that today, just call! [more advertisement for calling in and then somebody calls in and wins one of the suits. There's some more blablabla about the suits.]

Gülcan: But now we're going to talk about "Arthur und die Minimoys"! [Girls cheer] Alright, I heard that there was a lot going on at the premiere, which was this weekend. You were there, Bill, because you gave Arthur your voice. That's like a little animal, right?

Bill: Yes, yes... well, it's a movie by Luc Besson, who did a lot of beautiful movies, and also this one is a very beautiful movie. It starts out in reality, like with real actors, and then Arthur turns into a Minimoy, which makes him like 2 millimeters tall, and yeah... I lent him my voice, and I was really excited!

Gülcan: For the first time!

Bill: For the first time I did that, and it was a great experience for me, I had a lot of fun, and yeah, I was at the premiere yesterday, that was amazing... lots of fans were there.

Tom: Have you seen it? Is it in theaters yet? We haven't even seen it yet!

Bill: The guys haven't seen it yet but.

Gülcan: BUT! If you haven't seen it yet, you should tune in on Wednesday, because we have clips from "Arthur und die Minimoys"! They haven't seen it yet!

Tom: No, we haven't seen it yet, but Bill promised that we could do that soon enough.

Gülcan: Would you do it again, to lend your voice to a movie?

Bill: If the movie is right and I get the part like I did this time, then of course I'd do it all over again!

Gülcan: Alright, people, if you want to see clips, tune in on Wednesday! It's going to be in theaters by Thursday and of course we have another interview with Bill. So if this isn't enough for you, then tune in on Wednesday for that... [and she's going on about the next show] and thank you, see you next time - TOKIO HOTEL!!

In the Bravo editorial office the telephone is ringing. Bill and Tom Kaulitz are on the line. Normally both have a free day. But for the interview the twins take some time even on their vacation. „Heeello“, both laugh into the phone. Then it gets down to the nitty-gritty. We don´t wanna talk about music or career today, but about personal things..

Bravo: What do you like about yourself?
Tom: Boah, where shall I start (laughs)? Well, I think, I´m an extremly funny guy. I´m the best at tough-talking far and wide (laughs again).
Bill: What I like about myself? My ambition. When I start something I wanna bring it to an end successfully. I don´t give it out of my hand. When something goes wrong, I can blame myself.

Bravo: And what is getting on your nerves?
Bill: It annoys me that I´m such a late riser (sulks)
Tom: Man.That annoys me about myself, too!
Bill: (laughing): I have real problems to get up – I don´t get out of the bed. It takes an eternity until I get started in the morning. We´d like to be like Gustav - he is a real earlybird. We oversleep the whole day.

Bravo: But you can change that, don´t you..
Tom: That´s out of the question! We can´t change that. That is like a sleeping illness.
Bill: Even when we sleep 15 hours, we are still tired. That must be in our nature. When I look into the mirror then, I look totally puffy. I have cross striped imprints all over my face – from the pillow.

Bravo: Bill, what do you like about your brother? And Tom what do you like about Bill?
Bill: I think it´s cool, that Tom is so spontaneous.
Tom: Oh Bill, you are such a bum.
Bill: Why??
Tom: Cause I wanted to say the same about you! Awesome, what do I like about him? He is crabby the whole day long - you can´t like anything about him (laughs). No. I like his energy. Sometimes he puts too much in long discussions. But that´s how he is.

Bravo: What food do you like – and what not?
Tom: I looooooove pasta with tomatoe-cheese sauce.
Bill: Yes. With extra parmesan cheese.
Tom: That tastes good all around the world.
Bill: I think broccoli and cauliflower is disguting. I tried that once or twice- - and spat it out right away on the plate. I don´t like vegetable-cabbage. Too eeewww, too healthy.
Tom: I think asparagus is sh…

Bravo: And what kind of girls do you like?
Bill: I like beautiful hands and eyes. I pay attention to that first.
Tom: I like eyes and nice shaped asses.

Bravo: What kind of eyes??
Tom: The ones you can look with (laughs). And I´m not into flabby butts.

Bravo: What scent do you like and what smells?
Bill: The worst smell? When Georg is furting.. (laughs). No, for real: I like apple-aromatic candles and classy foam baths.
Tom: I like the scent of fruity perfums and incence candles.

Bravo: You once were addicted to energy drinks. Is it still the same?
Bill: Nope. We are sick of that. I´m totally into instant strawberry in cold milk. Really sugar-sweet and mega-unhealthy. That´s what we like

Translation Bravo No. 4, January 2007

An old power station in a district of Berlin. Normally everything stands still here. But today all hell has broken loose on the area. And right in the middle of it: Bill (17), Tom (17), Gustav (18) and Georg (19). The boys from Tokio Hotel are shooting their brandnew video for their first single release "Übers Ende der Welt" from their new album "Zimmer 483".
At the set there is utmost secrecy! Just Bravo can be here.

In the basement of the big hall a huge set has been built. It seems like a totally dark, sleazy street. Everywhere are broken TV´s and monitors. Just a few lights are still flickering. All stores seem to be desolated. It smells fusty. Here is end time mood - until Tokio Hotel appear. Suddenly the new TH superhit booms out of the big music boxes. "Achtung, fertig, los und lauf!" - Bill sings the chorus. He looks even more like rock than normally: black leather jacket and heavy biker boots! The other boys rock their instruments. Even the co-workers nod with their feet, the mood is awesome- also on stage! Bill beams with joy at his performance.

"We were on vacation for 2 weeks ", tells Tom. "Now we´re looking forward to be here again" Hardly the boys couldn´t catch any sleep the night before. Bills alarmer rang at 4:45 a.m. Gustav is tired as well: "I fell asleep at 3 a.m. - at 5 a.m. I woke up again",tells the drummer while he warms up with a fruit tea during the shooting break. It´s clammy in the hall. In the meantime the Magdeburger wear big winterjackets. But they take them off when they rock their song. "It´s amazingly hot on stage", Bill sighs. A lot of spots are on Tokio Hotel - also in winterly January it can become very hot! Tireless the boys play their song - over 30 times all in all.

During the shooting break Tokio Hotel have a surprise for the readers of Bravo: "Übers Ende der Welt" will be released one week earlier! On January 26 th the new single will be in the stores. The boys to BRAVO: "A lot of fans were sad, that the new track should be released on February 2nd - that´s why it´ll be released in January!"

Gülcan:“ The girls were very upset about the rumour, that this young man to my…..ääähhhh….left….äääähhh….right side…………okay, the man there!!!.......(all are laughing, because she doesn`t know where is left or right) Gustav will leave the band and the band could dissolve, but that is totally rubbish, or not? Are you still part of the band? (she looks to Gustav).
Gustav: “Yes, I´m still part of the band. Otherwise I wouldn`t seat here today!”

Gülcan: “ But how can such a rumour develop?”

Tom:”You are the reason” (he means, because she`s part of the media).
Gülcan.”Me????”
Tom:” Yes, we are now in the phase of production. We are not so much in the public and we are a little bit locked up and record the second album and then it`s logical, that the press and the media do create some stuff like the possible dissolution of the band, what is is a good topic for the media and I have no idea, why it is that way.”

Gülcan (looking to Bill): “ I heard something crazy from Bushido (= German rapper/hiphopper). He`s a great fan of you. And he said, that he would find you very erotical!!! What do you say about that? That Bushido says, you`re hot?”

Bill (looking surprised)

Gülcan: “ Now you are frightened about that, or not?”

Bill: “I`m very astonished, yes. But, when it`s his opinion?! It`s nice in a way.”

Gülcan:” And? How is your opinion about him? What do you say about his look?”

Bill: “Until now I have not dealed with him very much. I don`t know. I saw him just one time, I think at “Echo-Award”, or not? (looking to the others). But we have never talked together very much.”

And know there are questions from fans, asked by Gülcan:

Gülcan: “Maike wants to know: Do you take some girls to the hotelroom?”

Tom: “Female fans, Georg????”
Gülcan: “More male fans???”
Georg protests in the background.
Tom: (laughing dirty) and then answering the question about the girls: “Yes, that can happen. Of, course.”

Gülcan: “Are you happy, when fans make some presents? What was your most favourite fan present?”

Bill:”What I like is, when the people record some songs or videos and send that to us, because I like it, when we see or hear the fans personally. That is cool!”

Gülcan: “ What do you eat, when you are on the way? Fast food or something healthy?”

Tom:” A lot of fast food, but I try to eat more salad at the moment.”

Bill: “I like to eat Cecars`s salad for the change…….together with the burgers!”

Gülcan (laughing):”….together with the burgers! But no one can see that (she means, because he`s so skinny).

Bill:”Yes, that`s right. I have luck in this way. But, mostly there is not enough time, that`s why I eat….Pizza, Spaghetti, …!”

Gülcan: “Really? All the time? But does that food not sometimes come out of your ears – that fastfood stuff?”

Gustav: “ Bill can eat, what he wants. His weight doesn`t increase. But my weight does increase and for that reason I eat more salad at the time.”

All:”Oooooohhh (poor Gustav!)

Gülcan:” But they do not make you angry, or do they???”

All are laughing like they do that all the time!!!

Gülcan:”They do not call you “Moppel” ?(that`s a German dissing word for fat people).

But then Tom says: “No, at the moment he is not a “Moppelchen.”

Gülcan (to the audience): “ Now you know, what Tokio Hotel eat. But we all can eat very healthy. And that`s, what we want to explain to you in the following report: “You are, what you eat”.

End of interview

Where can we find you this summer?
Bill: ‘We’re going to do all sorts of festivals in Germany so a lot of performances. And we’re going to write lots of songs and go into the studio, because we want to bring out our second album in Germany. So it’s going to be a lot of working and it is possible that we go foreign countries. We’re now in Amsterdam but before we went to London and there might be a possibility that we go to Spain. France and the Czech Republic.’
Tom: ‘That not all very clear yet, but it won’t be a lot of hanging around.’

What if you didn’t have to work, where would you want to go?
Georg: ‘I would go for a deep blue see with a white beach (white sand) and palm trees.’
Bill: ‘Or a small Island.’
Tom: ‘What would you think of a temperature of 30 degrees, a nice Island with 3 palm trees, some sun, a pretty beach and blue water? Man, I wish I could really go there.’

Do you actually time left to go on a holiday this year?
Bill: ‘Of course! Our schedule is divided in blocks. A couple weeks of work and then a week off so we can do something fun. But most of the time we stay home during that week.’

When did you last went on a holiday?
Bill: ‘The last time we all went to Spain, but you couldn’t really call it a holiday. Of course we lay down in the sun, but meanwhile there was also some work to do and we wrote new songs. Some sort of creative holiday.’

To what holiday do you have the worst memories?
Tom: ‘Camping! We once did that and we all thought it was horrible.’
Georg: ‘Except that you got you tongue ring, Bill.’
Bill: ‘O yeah, that might be the only positive thing.’
Tom: ‘But those stupid tents, bah.’

What do you like most in the summer?
Georg: ‘Laying in the sun.’
Tom: ‘Lying on the beach and look at girls in short skirts. Or actually try to look under the short skirts.’

What can’t you life without when you go on holiday?
Tom: ‘I always got a sweatpants and a swimming pants with me. Other than that I have to have my mp3-player and I can’t do without sun lotion. It doesn’t look nice if you look bright red being on stage.’
Gustav: ‘And money maybe? That would be nice.’

What would you do if you’re holiday would be ruined by rain?
Georg: ‘Well, you always have that in Germany. So we’re kind of used to it, so we won’t make special plans.’
Tom: ‘To us the rain doesn’t matter. You know who I feel sorry for? Our fans! Before concerts we’re inside, but they often stand in the pouring rain waiting the get into the concert hall.’

Ok choose: beach or swimming pool?
Tom: ‘Beach.’
Bill: ‘But only a nice beach right? A dirty beach isn’t really my thing.’
Georg: ‘We go indeed to a white beach.’ (white sand)
Bill: ‘A swimming pool is boring. I already seen it all after 2 minutes, while on the beach you never know what might happen.’

Winter or summer?
Tom: ‘Summer! I love the sun. If it was up to me it would be summer all day, I don’t think snow is really necessary.’ (I think that Tom meant all year or the Hitkrant made a mistake)

Hotel or camping?
Georg: ‘Hotel, we don’t have good memories with camping.’

Holiday with Tokio Hotel or with you’re family?
Bill: ‘We’re fine going on a holiday together. In Spain the last time we had a great time so why not? That time before was also with the band and before that was with our parents. And this year we won’t go on a holiday anymore, it’s a pity but there’s nothing we can do about it.’

asta e un interviu mai vechi...

377 days ago they released their first single 'Durch den Monsun.' In the mean time are Bill (16), Tom (16), Gustav (17) and Georg (19) the most succesfull German popband and since friday there is their fourth single already ("Der letzte Tag". BILD has meeted the hit-quartet on Sylt on an exclusive photoshooting - and at the talk in the dunes the four were loosened like sand fleas.

Tom: We have sand everywhere on our bodies - till the littlest cracks.

But then is a life on a lonely South Sea-island made for you..
Georg: I can imagine me a life in a Robinson-cottage.
Tom: Without electricity and something?
Georg: Hmm, right. I need a television.

Who or what would you bring to a lonely island?
Georg: Do twins count as one?
Tom: When I have the choose between a person or something material, would I rather bring a person with me - that's more maintaining then a television!
Bill: Of course, I would bring my brother!
Tom: Of course, I would do that too!

Would you bring eachother as a band?
Gustav: If I knew, that I was coming back, then rather not.

When you're stranded there with the four of you, who takes which job on the island?
Georg: Of course Gustav must take care of the fire, I would..
Tom (interrups): And I would..

Stop! Why should Gustav make a fire?
Gustav: Because basically, I'm the only one, who can everything!
Georg: Gustav has also always his pocketknife with him.
Tom: Gustav is a little Robinson Crusoe, he is good with his hands.
Gustav: That's right exceptionally!
Tom: .. and the only outdoor-person in the band. We, the others, have nothing special with the nature.
Gustav: Tom was responsible for the lighthouse.
Tom: I don't need a lighthouse - I am the replacement for the sun.
Gustav: Tom is just standing there - and we are turning brown!
Bill: I am usefull for nothing, I am not talented to do something with my hands at all.
Gustav: Bill can cut the flowers a bit.

On an island there's no McDonalds..
Bill: Maybe I would cook.
Gustav: You and cooking? Oh, God!
Georg: In any case, Gustav and I would build a raft with sails..
Gustav: .. as something flooting.
Georg: Gustav would be the hunter and the three of us the collectors. We would make a plan, Gustav would do it.

And as an experienced climber Gustav could also be a scout!
Gustav: Actually a good idea, but because of my myopia I can't see very far. So I also have to bring my glasses to the island.

Bill: I'd like to be served by the others, it's already like this in day-to-day-life - the others always carry my suitcases.

Are you a little Diva, Bill? [looooooool to this question Laughing Laughing ]
Georg: : Well, I wouldn't call it Diva, the word egoistic fits better!
Bill: Yes, I'm very egoitstic - it has been like that the last 6 years. The others always had to put their instrument-stuff together on their own on stage. I for myself, don't even have any idea about putting these cables and stuff togehter.
Georg: You only run around with your little mikrophone-bag....
Bill: I never helped them, I've always been to lazy. I'm quite happy, that my vocal cords are always with me, so that I don't have to bring any other stuff.

While the others built up the stage, you cared for your nails and Make up ...
Bill : No, I've always been ready before, i use to sit around and drink something.
And you others never got upset because of that?
(confused talking of everybody else)
Gustav: If Bill would have ever touched my drums, I would have run crazy.
Bill: Yes, that's always been nice with Gustav. The others always were quite upset [that Bill didn't help them]
Georg: Bill has the easiest job anyway!
Bill: This is so not true! You don't have to do anything on stage.
Georg: Yeees Bill, for sure, that's it...

In September three birthdays are on your schedule: Bill and Tom will be 17- Gustav 18. How do you want to celebrate that?
Bill: Tom and I keep our birthday free [from dates and stuff]
Tom: But 17 is nothing special anyway, 16 that's cool, 18 too.
Bill: 17 ist nichts Halbes und nichts Ganzes [german expression to say, that something is no round sum]
Tom: Nothing new happens - but with 16 you get your ID-card, with 18 you're allowed to drive.

But newly you can do your driver's licence with 17!
Tom: Yes- but you are only allowed to drive with your parents as front-seat passengers then!
Georg: And you can only do it in some german states - in Sachen-Anhalt it's prohibited for example!
Bill: Tom and I wnat to start driver's lessons in the nearer future - so that we can start driving exactly at our 18th birthday!
Tom: But please don't give me any cool super-car. So that I won't feel that ashamed if I drive against a tree.

And how do you plan to celebrate your "age of consent", Gustav?
Gustav: Although I start driver's lessons in the nearer future, I think that the "age of 18" is overestimated. I mean, in my opinion you just get one year older...

Tokio Hotel answers your questions

Your questions for TH are poring in. We asked the boys and they answered honestly.

On photo's you always look so serious. Are you really like that? [Lilly 16]
tom: Naah... but we are having a hard time to smile on commando. If they ask us: "smile for a change", we aren't. but when we are having fun, we do. And sometimes that happens on photoshoots. You see us on photo's like we feel at that moment.

On the internet I read that Bill wants to shave his hair. Is that true? [Bea 17]
bill: Oh no! One day I will change my look, but when and how, I have no clue yet. Although I'm pretty sure I will never shave myself bold.

How popular are you guys with the girls? [Maarten 15]
georg: there are 250.000 ppl in total who went to see our  concerts and that were mostly girls. So we are pretty popular (laughs)

I read a couple of weeks ago that you guys wouldn't dislike onenightstands [vicky 16]
Bill: I'm not. I prefer sex in a serious relationship. But if I should have one, I would make it clear from the beginning that it's just for 1 night.
tom: You are kidding! And what do you do then? Letting the girl sign a contract or something like that? It is quite obvious it is just for one night, so you shouldn't say it, should you?
gustav: If you don't ask her number, it is pretty clear. She should know then... but onenightstands aren't my cup of tea.
Tom: I find onenightstands really emotional, you feel attracted to eachother and don't need words for it.

When do you know it's over with your girlfriend [ eva 14]
bill: you can sense that. There is no explanation for that. I'm really horrible with breaking up. I hate to tell a girl that I don't feel anything for her anymore. Especially in her face
georg: but you have to tell it personally. You just don't dump someone by sms!
bill: I know, but I've did it before. I regret it now. The most important thing is that you're always honest, even at that hard moment.

The vacation started, but do you actually still go to school? [karen 14]
Bill: we all had a year off last year. Not that we didn't do anything. We tried to keep track by self study, but we were spared exams and homework. That will be completely different next schoolyear. I want to do my final exams then.
Georg: We have the luck that you are more or less able to chose when you write your finals. Tom and Bill will do them next year.
Gustav: I'm the only one who still has to go to school for 2 years.

are you the kind of typical guys, loving to watch football? [amber 15]
Tom: O no, completely not. There are 1001 things I find more interesting than football or any other sport
georg: I will watch a match from the German team on the WK, but I would never stay home for it.

do you do a lot of sports? [koen 17]
Bill: I don't watch sports and don't practice it either. Instead of going to the fitness center, I rather stay in bed longer.
georg: I go running on regular base and if we are staying in a hotel with a fitness space, I train over there a bit.
tom: : you will never find me there

You are really famous these times... does that mean that you don't have to help at home anymore? [ julie 14]
georg: I could only wish. I still have to clean up my own room, but I don't mind. If my mother would do that, I would lose a lot if stuff.
bill: I also clean up my room my own. I cna do that better than any one else could. At least I know where everything is then.
